My Mom & Dad, Eleni (Helen) & Ruso (Russel), were the most gifted Greek Cooks Ever, not to mention, amazing parents! Every dish they made was with love and passion for their Greek Heritage!
My Father Ruso Yiorgos Kalis perfected his Greek Seasoning Mix over his lifetime of 60 years in the food-service business. Growing up 7000 miles away on the small Greek Island of Astypalaia, Ruso made the very BEST Traditional Village Greek Food I have Ever experienced in my life, I am now Blessed to share his amazing spice blends with you!
